Outstanding service!

I was a bit skeptical for personal reasons about working with service centers that were not affiliated with the brand dealership of my vehicles—just bad experiences in the past. So, I took a chance with European Autowerks and will be a repeat customer moving forward with both vehicles. Taylor constantly kept me updated; I was most impressed with them sharing pictures and videos of my vehicle's issues. That was a first! I appreciate Taylor's communication as well. I am satisfied with their service.

Needed some repair work on a BMW x5 they did a great job repairing it and keeping me informed.

I was having a problem with the hardtop convertible, opening and closing correctly. I did a lot of troubleshooting and watching videos and finally had to give up. I spoke with Ramele. Remele quoted the price and repaired it the same day I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

European Autowerks is the best Audi service center out there. I tried three other European vehicle specialists, Audi of Hampton, and Audi Of Virginia Beach before I found European Autowerks. Great service, great communication, and now my car is fixed. 2005 Audi A4 with a locked up cluster(DEF). Taylor was very helpful throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience.

Great service, friendly staff! The staff understood my concerns with my Mercedes, worked with my schedule to bring it in and repaired sooner than expected.
