Let me start by saying I do my own maintenance work, but I needed a coolant flush and oil change. I didn’t want to do the coolant flush, so found these fine folks and I’m happy I did. Top notch service! Super friendly team. Clean shop. Honest. Honesty is rare in this business but these folks exceeded. Thank you!

New brakes work and do not squeal, all good. Liked the communication via text messaging - saved having to play "phone tag." Video inspection educationial.

The staff, especially Chris, was very professional and courteous. We had an issue with the suspension on our 2006 MB S-class. The team was able to get us in within reasonable time. Unfortunately, we had a couple related issues arise after the car was fixed, which they promptly resolved. They also gave us a loaner vehicle the last time we had an issue. We are very happy with their customer service.

As always, a most rewarding experience. Chris and Ramell are awesome and their ability to get me in on such short notice was exceptional. Price point was also awesome. I won't take my 750 Li to any repair facility not named European Autowerks! Thanks y'all!
