He kept me fully informed from start to finish as well as providing a detailed breakdown of actual repairs and total cost. The entire experience was “ pain free” - no BS, no unnecessary delays. I moved to VA from atlanta and finding a new german vehicle mechanic was dreading. But now only location I trust with my 2014 Mercedes c300. Other places I've gone to have messed up the car or couldn't work on it, which was an immense hassle. They always give amazing communication and make sure you approve of anything and everything on the car. Wonderful online system to see what their suggestions are with added photos for proof and they don't try to push for work that isn't necessary and very understanding and helpful. Taylor has been the one helping with my car each time and he has always gone above and beyond as well as make sure I have the most informed decision on my vehicle.
