I was a bit skeptical for personal reasons about working with service centers that were not affiliated with the brand dealership of my vehicles—just bad experiences in the past. So, I took a chance with European Autowerks and will be a repeat customer moving forward with both vehicles. Taylor constantly kept me updated; I was most impressed with them sharing pictures and videos of my vehicle's issues. That was a first! I appreciate Taylor's communication as well.
