I have brought two different cars here, a 2002 ML500 Mercedes & a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan. They have done tremendous work on both of them without costing me an arm and leg just for some simple work (especially on the mercedes) I highly recommend this place as their mechanics really do know what they’re doing.

European Autowerks has worked on several of my vehicles throughout the years. They do a great job. I took in my 2011 CLS550 because I had an air suspension issue. They quickly found the issue and had my vehicle back to me in two days. The price was reasonable and the communication was very great! Steven Stone

Good analysis

Pleasant people and environment, seemingly competent but I’ve only used them once. However, you only get to speak to the receptionists and I’m not sure how much they actually know about the topic or your specific car, so it doesn’t make you feel very confident. It’s like going to the doctor and only speaking with the nurse. And it’s quite pricey, overpriced like a dealership, I paid $350 for an oil change and break flush. You’ll drop 1k before you know it.

Fixed the oil leak of my Audi S5. Thank you for fixing my car. I love my car again. Also, customer service was great, honest and provided me with detailed car problem and the fixed to it.

Great shop to take any euro vehicle. I was sent updates and pictures via text the whole time. Very pleased with European Autowerks will definitely be using them again!

Took my wife’s 2008 Passat in for testing on the cooling system because it was leaking. Customer service was excellent. They were very forthcoming about what repairs would be necessary and which ones could be held off for a while. The diagnostic service was completely thorough. Now, my wife and I have to make a decision whether we want to spend the money to fix a car that isn’t worth very much. Update: The work was done on time and under budget. Customer service is excellent and I’d fully trust them with Patsy the Passat wagon.

I took my older BMW here. I expected to pay a LOT to have some diagnoses done and suspension work. I left having paid a very reasonable amount and with a thorough report in hand. I was never pressured to authorize additional service or repairs, which I appreciate. Would 100% come back here again for BMW service.
