European Autowerks is on point with their customer service. They aim to please! Very efficient yet take the time to ensure the job is done correctly.

They are pricey (but they have the BEST warranty around 3yr/36k mile) so this place is better to use if your dealership warranty has just expired and you have a newer model used export. In that regard, they are worth the warranty alone. Friendly staff and clean shop.

I had my Mercedes Benz in for repair work and was very much satisfied. I was given a date and my car was finished before time and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous 😊 I would definitely recommend them for your service needs.

I had an awesome experience at European Autowerks. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and lower than what was quoted. I will definitely use Autowerks as my regular car care center.

First off, I love the communication and professional work ethic here. I always know what is going on with my car and I enjoy how helpful and nice the staff are. My last visit had good and bad but the bad was very minor. The good: The work done here is quality and can be trusted. I always feel safe in the knowledge that the team here takes care of their customers and lets you know if something is dangerously wrong with your car. My car has never been happier than after a repair done at European Autowerks. I always have my car by the time I ask for it. The team is up front about availability and how long a repair is expected to take and they have never let me down. I did notice and thank you all for the fix on my intermittent wiper setting. The bad: After my windshield replacement, some debris was left on the center console, a quick vac could have easily removed it. I received my car back with the tank on “E” and fuel light on after I left it with the dealer about half full. I don’t expect a full tank, but having to scramble to the nearest gas station isn’t a great feeling right after getting my car back. Do expect to pay a little bit more here, but it’s for quality work so I don’t mind that too much. Overall, great work, keep doing what you’re doing and thank you!
