I dropped my car off on Wednesday, March 30th after hours for my appointment on Thursday, March 31st. My appointment was for an oil change and a diagnostic on my broken roof flaps on my convertible top. I was called on Thursday around 10:30am by Ally the service advisor. She was just making sure I agreed to the diagnostic fee of 178.21. I told her yes. I called them back the same day at Thursday around 4pm to see if they finished my oil change and had a diagnostic. They told me my car was in the final stages of testing and my car won't be ready until the next day. Friday came and I received my diagnostic report around 2pm, so I called them back at 4pm. They told me that it would be $660 to repair my left and right sliding top trim covers. My issue is that it shouldn't have took them 2 days for an oil change and diagnostic. Ally told me that they moved my car in and out bays just to complete my diagnostic and had to wait on securing information on my parts. But no one called me about this process. I had to keep calling them. On Thursday why wasn't my oil change at least completed. So I picked my vehicle up on Friday around 4:30pm. They offered no discount or apologies my inconvenience. Then Ally informed me that they don't make set appointments for just oil changes, they just do drop off service for them. Then, she added that they don't often service for broken roof flaps. Had I known my diagnostic would take 2 days for some broken roof flaps, I could have decided to go elsewhere. Not keeping your customer informed of your process is very inconsiderate of their time. I won't ever be back again. I attached pictures to show how much they charged me and to show that my diagnostic wasn't even completed until Friday, despite me dropping my car off on Wednesday evening.
