I took them a real problem child - and asked them to look over the car and tell me if I'm wasting my money fixing it. Rather than talk me into spending $$$, they gave me an honest perspective of what was wrong and talked about the realities of the vehicle going forward. Their service was thorough. Their recommendations well thought out. I highly recommend them.
