Excellent customer service. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve received outstanding and professional treatment. Today, T. Hall truly exemplified what great customer service should look like.

Worked with Taylor and had an appointment, they went to work on the vehicle right away and I was notified of all issues and prices ahead of time. No surprises and they followed up as well to ensure car was still ok after the repair.

I wasn't happy about the cost, but the diagnostics gave a good explanation of the initial problem as well as some other things that might need to be done soon. At the end of the day, I went ahead and authorized the original repairs, as well as the suggested repairs and I'm happy I did. The car is back to being great!

Great service at European Autowerks. I recommend and will return. I bought in for service my 2003 Mercedes that needs a lot of work. The main issue fixed in a days' time. Didn't have to wait for the parts it literally took a day, and they so kindly washed the car as well! While here visiting family Autowerks was recommended by my father. I feel confident to drive back to North Carolina with my car in better condition. Thank you, Taylor, and whomever serviced my car, it runs like a brand-new car and I am truly grateful! :)))
