Super happy with the work European Autowerks does on my Mercedes. I have had them work on my Mercedes CLS63s AMG in the past and I just had me G-Wagon serviced with a few repairs like the alternator replaced, brake service, scheduled service etc. I have always been a "take it to the dealer" guy but I get better service from this locally owned business for a much better price. The thing is, when you walk in you feel like you are at a dealer service center or better to be honest. I drive from Chesapeake to have them to my work but it would not matter where I live. I would drive across Hampton Roads to have service experience I can trust but is still affordable.

I have been struggling finding an expert to fix my Alfa romeo and finally I found European autoworks. They have such a great service and professional technicians for any type of European car. They have fix my car in once day and I have constantly receiving updates about the status of the repair. They have great work ethics and extremely helpful. Shoutout to Laura who is in charge of the customer services , she is the best to deal with and will make the entire process easy and smooth. I had great experience and highly recommend to anyone who own European cars. That's the place to go DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME seeking.

European Autowerks is great place to bring your car. They are friendly, helpful, honest and not expensive.

I visited this repair shop in December 2023. I took my car in on Tuesday for an error code. When I recd the estimate it was over $3k. They worked on my car Wed, Thursday but I noticed that whenever I went pass there, the car was parked outside in the same spot. The car was completed on Friday late pm.

Quality work and friendly, caring staff. We have used European Autowerks and Eric’s previous , Automotive Specialists, for about 25 years. We rarely use other automobile service companies except when scheduling service is urgent.

A great experience. They are very personable and professional! They were prompt in answering my questions, sent me a quote via text message for the work I needed done, and made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. Most importantly, they let me know what services were needed and what services are optional at the time due to the condition of my car. I appreciate not being nickeled and dimed! I will definitely be coming back when I need more work done.

Everyone was so awesome from the first phone call to them to picking up the vehicle. They not only did great work, they kept me informed every step of the way. Their use of technology while I was out of town to keep the process moving was great! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I experienced a professional interaction with Ramele and received a thorough auto service. He was willing to work on the issue until resolved. Being from out of town, It was nice to find a local facility one can trust.
