European Autowerks is my 1998 SLK's best friend! Just had our annual service at 188,000 miles and ready to surmount 200,000 in 2020!

While the staff was nice and the place was clean they charged me more than what the Volkswagen dealership would have charged me for rear brakes and rotors. They also called me when the work was done to let me know I had a coolant leak and it would cost $120 to do a pressure test to figure out where it was coming from. I declined, seeing as I had already payed $450. Took it to my mechanic that has been doing my oil changes for the past two cars and 6 years and he said there is no evidence of a coolant leak and that my antifreeze was full. I don't know if they just misdiagnosed a problem or if they were just trying to get more money from me. So all in all, I don't think you get anything special for paying a little extra. I don't think I'll be back.

I have been a customer for the past six years and have nothing but the BEST in service and value for the dollar. Great Team, Very Knowledgeable and take the time to help me understand the issues with my vehicle. Thanks For A Great Job, Again.

The staff at European Autowerks provided a thorough estimate of the issues I brought to them. Once authorized by me, they performed the work stated for the estimated price. Each of the staff with whom I came into contact was very professional and punctual.

I've been to European Autowerks quite a number of times, and, based upon each time, I have recognized that 1) they are honest as the day is long, 2) they do their best, and think about what they do, and 3) I couldn't get better service anywhere in this area. Their pricing is a bit high, but, unless you are impoverished, you will likely find that worth it, especially if you experience their unabashed "guarantee work". It seems to me that if anything went wrong around or about something / anything they did, they take responsibility, even if it might have been "not really their fault". I have recognized that their warranty exceeds the warranty of the parts available to them / us. The owner of this shop is the son of one of my most honorable, intelligent, and trustworthy co-workers. Every dealing I have had with his shop has left me feeling - satisfied and pleased. This is *the* five-star auto-shop of Southeast Virginia.
