We are extremely pleased with this business! From the drop off customer service, to mechanics excellent work, and vehicle valet delivery service, its all very organized and well run. I have referred European Autowerks to my friends, neighbors, and colleagues several times. The owner is consciousness of any rework issues or any customer questions, and is willing to not only call me, but takes the time to check up on the services provided. I personally enjoy receiving the text sent by the mechanics with items that require attention. The text has an automated quick video of why I should consider the work to be conducted and if it's either essential or should be considered during the next service appointment. Try finding that kind of service at the dealerships service department where you're another appointment number and financial quote for parts that you may or may not need.

I called the shop when my water pump showed indications of impending failure. They took my truck right in and had it diagnosed that day and repaired the next day.

European motors treated my Mercedes S550 like it was their property ,they inspected my vechicle for a suspenion issue . I was given a price quote for parts and labor ,which I thought was reasonable . Alley at the front desk was knowledgeable on car repair and communicated extreamly well she was polite and extreamly helpfull .A loner car was available the bussiness was extreamly clean .I have decided to make European Autowerk my first choice for all of my vechile needs !
