Great communication. Thorough prepurchase inspection. Would have like a discount ton the cost of the inspection after getting the work done with them!

Correctly diagnosed problem with car heater after dealer misdiagnosed it. Repaired car heater for 28% of the price that dealer quoted me. Very nice, updated, clean waiting area. Staff seem interested in getting to root of problem. Loaner cars appreciated.

Ramel was great. Professional, friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. I love the photos they send to my email showing where the problem is located. Car was finished before the promised date. It was EXPENSIVE but I think that it was probably the going rate. I will return.
