Yes, we are very professional. We love maintaining cars, helping customers and everything that goes along with it. It is so difficult to help a customer multiple times only to find out they will go somewhere else to save a few dollars. It makes us feel that our hard work wasn't appreciated. Even offering a ride home wasn't enough or appreciated. I hope that the other shop will be more to your liking and will be able to service your car on your timeline and schedule.
