Loved that you took photos of everything that did not pass/was close to not passing on my state inspection. It was also great how you sent me a text message with info first so I had time to think about what I needed to do on my end before speaking with someone on the phone. I also appreciated the thorough explanation of what everything cost and not being pressured to fix everything right up front.

I have used European Autowerks for services on many vehicles. Never dissatisfied with the results.

When I originally coetenmmd I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

I took my '99 Jeep Cherokee in for a State Inspection and from my first interaction til my jeep was ready, I was kept informed of what would happen and then those things happened as explained. The shop is busy and I was told that I wouldn't be able to have my Jeep looked at same day, but I respect that they set realistic time expectations and meet them. A nice bonus was being texted a link to photos and a checklist of what needed to be done, what would be a good idea to do, and what was not in need of repair. From their I approved an estimate and they went to work. This is the shop to go to if you want the work done right.
