Let me tell you about this amazing shop. I showed up first thing in the morning, I had to wait with my 2 yr old for our car to be serviced, I had to go back right after leaving because of a random engine light and I still gave this place 5 stars. They are wonderful people - from the mechanics, to the front desk, to the owner. The service we received was above what I expected. The curtosy I was shown was amazing. They go above and beyond to help anyone. I seriously am never taking my vehicle any where else so long as we're stationed in va.

I had heard good things about European Autowerks from the local Mercedes owners club, so I tried it out. Absolutely loved the experience! The dealer quoted $950 to change spark plugs and wires on my 2002 S430. European Autowerks did it for less than $700. Identical MB parts and quality, just less expensive on the markup. Same with the "A" service. After getting reamed at the "stealership" for other preventative maintenance work, I will be back to European Autowerks when my "B" service is due. Its still 2/3's the price, but I was treated like they wanted me back. That wins every time in my book!
