There is no doubt your company is very professional As the saying goes this is not my first rodeo your company without a doubt in my opinion is the hardest company I have ever tried to do Business with

Yes, we are very professional. We love maintaining cars, helping customers and everything that goes along with it. It is so difficult to help a customer multiple times only to find out they will go somewhere else to save a few dollars. It makes us feel that our hard work wasn't appreciated. Even offering a ride home wasn't enough or appreciated. I hope that the other shop will be more to your liking and will be able to service your car on your timeline and schedule. First time there this morning. Friendly Staff and estimated an accurate service time on my GLK. Service was done at half the price the dealership quoted. Lobby was clean.
