European motors treated my Mercedes S550 like it was their property ,they inspected my vechicle for a suspenion issue . I was given a price quote for parts and labor ,which I thought was reasonable . Alley at the front desk was knowledgeable on car repair and communicated extreamly well she was polite and extreamly helpfull .A loner car was available the bussiness was extreamly clean .I have decided to make European Autowerk my first choice for all of my vechile needs !

They got my 1992 Mercedes se 400 up and running. You just gotta be prepared to spend some money 😂😂. But it’s well worth it because it’s fixed and I’m back on the road. I haven’t driven it in two years so I was expecting to pay for the work. They got the job done. I’m happy 😃

My experience taking my SLK350 for unexpected service this week was excellent!! I try to take it to Mercendes Dealeship but they would never return my Calls ,which I found very unprofessional.. I even Went to the dealeship and I asked why no one is responding when I’m in need of a service and they just told me they are backed up 3 weeks and won’t be able to service my car until the end of September.... wow ..so why they didn’t just say that so people won’t be expecting a call back .. My new mechanics are now EUROPEAN AUTOWERKS bc they were very knowledgeable explaining everything the diagnostic showed and what I needed to have done.. Jordan the technician that Work on my car was great and not bothered by my stupid questions (or at least he didn’t show me any boredom lol) bc I know nothing about cars and I had to have him explain several times what everything meant which he kindly comply ..Thank you Jordan for your kindness , excellent work and great customer service .. I would give you guys 4 3/4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just bc I just got my car from you and I want to see how it rides and if no problems .. over all a great shop and I recommend EUROPEAN Autowerks for anyone second guessing if they should trust their Mercendes with anyone but the Dealeship.. I say I don’t trust the dealership bc they showed they didn’t care about me or my car needing service..Happy travels happy Labor Day European Autowerks and everyone is reading this ..!! They were able to get my Sprinter van in unlike Charles Barker, heck Charles Barker doesn't even return calls and no one is ever available to talk to for servicing a Sprinter. European Autowerks was able to get my Sprinter in fast and were super helpful, knowledgeable and handled the issue quickly. unlike the worst Mercedes service center on the planet which is Charles Barker...
