It has come to our attention that you are engaged in the unauthorized use of the
Mercedes-Benz trademark and tradename on your business advertisements and website,
as clearly set forth in the attached photographs.
The terms "Mercedes-Benz," Mercedes" and/or "Benz," as well as the Three
Pointed Star Within a Circle, are trademarks and tradenames which are owned by
Daimler Aktiengensellschaft ("DAG"), and authorized for use in the United States by this
Company, other DAG United States affiliates and their respective licensees exclusively.
Please be advised that unless you confirm in writing within twenty (20) business
days of your receipt of this letter that you will immediately discontinue the unauthorized
use of our trademark and tradenames, you will leave us no recourse but to initiate legal
action against you in order to enjoin you from such uses and to recover monetary
damages. Please be guided accordingly.
